If you taken a foster child into your home and the situation is not working out because you have a very close working relationship with not only the foster care agency but also a host of other members design to help you and the child, they can create a replacement situation for the child that can be better suited for there particular needs. There are also a lot of resources available to you in the meantime to try and see whether the situation can be corrected at all and the resources are widely available through the foster care agency who can make a lot of recommendations as well as the foster child social worker, lawyer, and other members of their social service team.
