It's important to spend individual time with your children, even though you have three at once. The love you give them is internalized. It's like building a house. I know it's difficult, but try and make time for each child. We do it when relatives come to visit. They stay for a week. We take one child at a time and they have a day with mom and grandma, make fun with it. It's really important. Margaret Mahler, is a psychiatrist, who has a theory about individuation. She believes that you love, the time and energy that you spend tuning into them, comes back to. It's really important to make that a priority.
