When it comes to nanny cams, I would rather prevent something from happening rather than catch something happening. So I think nanny cams are okay. You can have a nanny cam in your house, but I would let the nanny know that it's there. In the interview, I would let them know that we have cameras in our house. And it's more and more common that people have cameras in their house for security around the house. So this is no different, letting them know that there are cameras around. And some of those are visible, it's not a secret. But if they're around, you know, you're less likely to have somebody doing something when they just know that they're there. And that includes, you know, all kinds of... just sort of watching them walk around during the day or what they're doing. Now, you don't sit at home and watch the footage all the time, or sometimes now you can be at your work and, you know, look online and check out the nanny, what they're doing. But it's good to check it every now and then, definitely, and if you see anything that you're concerned about, bring it up with her. But definitely, I would want to prevent something from happening than catch a nanny doing something. So be very upfront with the nanny that we have a nanny cam in the interview. And a good nanny is going to be fine with that. There is no reason why they would, you know, feel concerned.
