I see a lot of girls in my practice. I also see a lot of girls in my practice, who end up giving guys what they want sexually, even though they don't want to, through what I call, the breakdown process; which is, whether it's online, requesting a picture being sent by phone or in person in an intimate setting. A lot of guys will continually break them down in the process of saying, come on, come on. The girls will initially say, no, no. After that, the fourth, fifth, seventh time, the girl finally relents, and gives the guy what he wants. Then you've got the spiral effect of how that makes her feel used and how she feels about herself. A lot of these girls, it is their first sexual experience to begin with. I think that parents need to talk to their teenagers about, not only what guys do and how this breakdown process works, but if you tell a guy "no," and he tries a second time? He doesn't care about you. It's all about him and that should be a red flag. You've got to get out of there if you hear or see that.
