So why might a young girl be engaged in sexual activity? There could be a lot of reasons. I think we need to look beyond just whether or not a girl is having sex but why she might have decided to start having sex in the first place. And again is it because she just was curious and she wanted to, is it because thing got out of hands and you know hormones took over and passion took over and she went further than she'd ever intended to? Is it because her partner was actually coercing her and she felt to hold on to him, she needed to go ahead and give him what he wanted? Or is it because she was just craving that male attention because her father has not really been a loving presence in her life and she is looking to recreate that? Or could it be something even darker where she had been sexually abused at younger age and this is really the way she's learned to interact with other people in the outside world? Especially those of the opposite gender let's say and it's trough sexualizing that relationship and engaging in sexual play, even though all she wanted to do may be was just having a closer relationship with that person. And may be no necessarily sex.
