There are some things you need to watch out for, when you are a parent, with technology. One of the things you've got to look out for is that they, kind of, become too detached. The only way that they talk is through texting. They lose the comfort of being able to have live communication. We still have to go to those job interviews. We still have to communicate and connect up with our spouse and people that we are close to. Make sure that your kids don't get too disconnected. The other thing you see online now is cyber bullying or inappropriate type of communication, like sexting. You really have to be careful and monitor these things, to make sure that your child isn't being impulsive and sending inappropriate communications that could harm another child or themselves.
