I think we're running and going so much. We're running around as parents like hamsters on crack and our hair on fire. We mean so well we love our kids more than our own life. But we're sometimes not paying attention and so we don't monitor our child and they might be expose to some media that they can't handle or we might be engage in a lot of stress and we erupt in front of our child in relationship with another parent or about something in general. I think the first thing we want to do is cut ourselves some slack, we're human. The fact that we may have said inappropriate word in front of our daughter doesn't mean she's going to become a stripper, you know it's like, we're shepherds we're not sculptors. There's all kinds of mistakes that our kids can tolerate. Secondly, I think I want to do an autopsy at the moment, try to figure out what happened if this happened. Do I manage my self-care better or something else. And then try to just move forward to do the best that I can to keep it from being repeated.
