So, I think some of the biggest challenges in my parenting have been around having two kids with dyslexia, some pretty serious learning differences and helping them be confident about their own learning and become great self advocates. I feel actually really good about it, it was challenging but I, they are on their paths now and I'd say, the other major challenge in my parenting has been that I'm married to a guy who's Indian and we share world views, but when you have kids, you begin to really understand how they are different parenting styles around the world and we had a kind of work through those over the years. And the other challenges having kids that are four and a half years apart. When they're young, it's a pretty wide age span, you know, you try to find a movie that works for both of them, you can't go on a bike ride together; over time, that difference narrows and now it's really quite easy and now we are a family together, but in the early years, that was a challenge.
