The risk associated with infants circumcision are the same that you would have any kind of surgical procedure which is infection, bleeding and damage to the tissue. So infection of the penis is very rare after circumcision in newborns, bleeding the same. I've had a few minor cases over the past 20 years, damage to the penis which is sometimes of course you hear about horror stories, about they cutting off half the penis. These are all extremely rare, but those are basically the risks, they're rare and easily manage usually but as same as any kind of surgical procedure.
