When children are struggling with learning to read and write, with math. When they get older and struggling with study skills, organizational skills, attention, memory. An educational therapist is a wonderful resource to help both the parent, teacher and child. Educational therapists usual hold a degree as a masters in special education. They understand the intricacy and the uniqueness to assess how each individual child learns. Whether they are learning and are stronger in their visual systems, auditory systems. And also to find out why and what's going on with that individual child that learning is so challenging and so difficult. An educational therapist can provide both valuable advocacy for the child as well as remediation programs that will help that child be successful in learning.
