There are many reasons why you would want to bring your child to see a doctor of Chinese medicine. In other words, someone who practices acupuncture. And they include skin problems from eczema, psoriasis to just hives and rash, which happens in kids a lot, allergies, so sinus conditions, infections, food allergy symptoms, stomach problems, even reflux, and irritable bowel syndrome. Again, stress induced, kids don´t really know how to communicate, express their feelings. All that gets bottled up and they have stomach problems. And the colds and flus, bronchitis, asthma. We treat a lot of asthma patients. And also children who just simply have a hard time staying calm and concentrating in school, so conditions like ADHD or ADD, attention deficit issues, we can also help improve that process. Increase concentration, focus, keeping them calm. Kids have a lot of anxieties. They have a hard time sleeping and they have a hard time sort of socially with friends and going to school or doing something new, and so these are all common conditions that we see on a regular basis at Dow Wellness.
