Transcription:
If your child sets up a social networking site or some sort of Formspring site, or does anything that seems really cruel, and actually like cyber-bullying, you should ask them to take it down right away, if not, order them to. As you do it, talk to them about the other child's perspective; really try to engage them on perspective-taking - that's a core component of empathy. Teach them, "If someone did that about you, how would you feel?" The golden rule. Think about who is looking at this, they may not even be thinking that friends all over the school would be looking at it. Make sure that they understand that this behavior has real consequences - real life human consequences, and don't tolerate it.
