Nipple piercing usually will not affect breastfeeding at all.
There are several pores and ducts and it is unlikely to damage all of them with nipple piercing, unless there is an incredible infection or a tremendous amount of scarring. Nipple piercing is perfectly fine and will not interfere with future breastfeeding.
We do, however, don't recommend to pierce your nipples while you are pregnant. As far as belly piercing, that's perfectly fine.
