The benefits of exercise during your pregnancy are enormous. While you're pregnant, your body is changing. And while your body is changing, you want to keep up with that. Exercising during your pregnancy will continue to increase muscle mass, strengthen your connective tissue, keep your bone density up, and allow you to be stronger during your delivery. And I can't think of one drawback to exercising during pregnancy as long as your healthcare professional has given you the okay.

Tom Williams, the founder of fatburn.com, is a Certified Personal Trainer. He has worked in Santa Monica, CA for over ten years. Tom initially created the first fatburn as a tool to help his clients achieve their weight loss goals.
