There are some differences between an anxiety disorder and an eating disorder. But the reason that's a really good question is that sometimes the two overlap. Sometimes what underlying an eating disorder is an anxiety disorder. There's a lot of anxiety around an eating disorder, but it usually comes in the way of someone's body. They think that the size of their body kind of determines whether they're gonna be successful, whether they're gonna make friends, whether someone likes them or not. And there's a lot of anxiety about having the perfect body in order to be successful in life. So there is a lot of anxiety related to eating disorders. But an anxiety disorder doesn't usually have the food component going on with it. So that's the difference between anxiety disorders and eating disorders.
