Transcription:
You want your child to take responsibility for their health and well-being. It's really important. My mantra with kids is, you only have one body. This is it, for your whole life. This is the one you've got. Your job is to take care of it as best you can. That means you need to exercise it. That means you need to rest it. That means that you need to put good things in and keep bad things out. It is very simple and concrete. As kids age, the lessons will change a little, but the fundamental is the same. You've got one. Treat it with respect. Exercise it. Rest it. Put good things in, and keep bad things out. Very simple.
