Transcription:
During the second trimester, you need to contact your doctor if you experience bright red vaginal bleeding, if you have severe abdominal pain, or if you have evidence of preterm contractions; a tightening in your abdomen that comes and goes more than six times an hour. If you have severe pain in your calf and swelling, this could be a sign of a blood clot. Starting at 25 weeks, your baby should be moving regularly. If you feel a significant decline in your baby's movements, you need to call your doctor to ensure your baby is doing well. In some patients, they may experience a pre-term rupture or their water breaks. If you have a gush or fluid and it's not urine, contact your doctor. Most importantly, if you have concerns about the well-being, you just don't feel right; always call your doctor to get the assurance and make you feel better.
