Transcription:
Children can be very fearful of things like elevators and bees. You want to understand more about your child's specific worries. What is it that she's worried about, about bees and about elevators? Listen to that and once you know more, you'll be able to think with her about what she needs to do to overcome her fear. One thing might be she may have some misinformation s getting from accurate information the two of you studying together about elevators work or what bees do might be really helpful. Gradual exposure to the things she’s afraid of might be helpful as well. Taking an elevator just one floor up maybe much more doable for her than five floors up and will help her build her confidence.
