I'm a big fan of lean-in and Sheryl Sandberg What she talks about really makes sense for women and really what it is, is the idea that if you are going to be in the office, if you're going to be at the table, lean-into it. And that is my philosophy. Give it a 100%. When you're at work focus 100% on being the best you can be at work. When you're with your kids, focus 100% on being the best parent you can be. When you're with your spouse be the best partner you can be. When you're with your friends be a great friend. Now of-course it is not realistic to do all of those things at once. If you have three kids at home and a big career, you're probably not going to be the best friend you could be, right? But, something has to give. But the idea is that if you're going to be there really do your best and lean forward as much as you can.
