We have heard a lot about the gluten free diet and you know there are so many new people that are sick and allergic to gluten. Prophylaxis is more than we've ever had before, so it is becoming more of an issue. It fantastic cause we are learning about gluten, but the flip side is there is also an industry popping up this food industry that's all about gluten free. Don't eat gluten. Here is the thing, when you create a process food with out gluten, you kind of processed it even more. And most of the time it's got soy and corn derivatives in it. And soy and corn derivatives and GMO's. And so if you are feeding your kids soy, and it is not organic soy your essentially eating round up. My recommendation is that if you want to go gluten free, cut out bread, cut out pasta go to meat and vegetables. That essentially what gluten free really is. It is not eating certain kind of food with gluten in it. So eat less gluten, eat less things. Don;t eat more corn and soy, eat less gluten. Go to the meats , go to the vegetables, eat dairy.
