Why is it so important for moms to live healthy? Well, the foremost reason why it's important for a mom to live healthy is because your role modelling behavior for your children. So, whatever you are doing right now is that what they will be doing when they become adults. They're going to mirror you exactly. If you are healthier, they become healthier. The 2nd reason is when you get exercise and you eat right, you're a better mom because you feel better. So you have more patience with them. You have more love in your heart. You just can handle more of the stresses in the world. You're not going to be suffering from depression this much.
