Tips for pumping

I can only speak for my own experience, but I exclusively pumped for 18 months, and I loved it; ever minute of it. The best invention for a pumping mom is the hands-free bra. I used it at home and at work. Basically, its a bra straight to your breast. You've got both hands free. You can eat, you can email, you can play with your toddler. I even got to the point where I could sleep during pumping. The best part of pumping for me, when I was still a working mom, is getting to take 15 minutes twice a day, ready my novel, get a break. I didn't have to think about my customers. I could just sit there and think about my baby and take a little break from work.
