So, what does the organic label mean? You know, actually, it is a legal standard that is required in the production of our food, and what it means is that those farmers, by law, are not allowed to use genetically engineered ingredients in that process in their food production. And so, by law, that USDA organic seal means that it has been produced without genetically-engineered ingredients, without high-fructose corn syrup, without artificial growth hormones, without artificial dyes, and without the synthetic pesticides. It is a legal standard, and it means somebody's done that homework for you, so that when you go to the grocery store, you can be assured that when you purchase products carrying that USDA organic seal, it does not contain those ingredients.
