I think it's important to understand that we are always talking to our kids about sex. It's whether you are doing it intentionally or not. I think that what's really important is to define how you are going to communicate about sex in your family. For us, we have a view that sex is between a man and a woman. It's something that happens in a committed relationship. All of the ways that we live that out communicate that. That's how we informally teach our children about that all the time. It's communicated by the things we watch. It's communicated by the things we do. You're always doing it formally. From a specific point of view, I think it's important that you answer the question that you are asked.
