On the Centers for Diseases Control, they report that one in four, Eight and Ninth Graders have some form of physical, mental or emotional abuse. I think that's a pretty significant number.
Teens are in relationships. Young people are in relationships, and with data like that, I think that you do need to have conversations about dating and violence.
That is a very high number. Unfortunately, none of that's happening. I think it is a very prevalent issue that is happening in our schools and communities.
